Yeah the first time I experienced ASMR was in elementary school. I watched my friend when she was drawing and I got goosebumps and felt relaxed. I didn't know what ASMR was back then tho. I realised what was that as soon as I discovered ASMR 😊

When i was in nursery and reception we’d do “paint a person” where we’d be put into a group of two, one of you would lie down while the other traced your whole body with a paint brush then you would swap over (i had a whole tantrum over who my partner was but that’s a story for another day) then there was another thing where we would all sit in a circle but we would all face a certain way so our backs were showing to the person behind us and they would draw and trace on our backs. We didn’t have to guess or anything, just relax but oh my god it was heaven.

My first experience of her was a video that was exactly like karlie flowz with her hand tats and specific hand movements and didn’t mention her inspo. She did an amazing job with the video but felt like karlie deserved recognition. I commented and mentioned her but since then I’ve seen that she’s multifaceted and a trend setter in her own right. I know everyone does everyone’s ASMR which is what makes it beautiful to experience everyone’s different styles with it.
