So sad to see Riza and Omer finally leaving Etiler Apartment "the happening place" for good. Finally no one is left with Zehra, Feriha, Mehmet, Riza, Omer and including Seher all gone without anyone noticing their leaving and absence especially Emir, the former son in law of Riza (Feriha's husband). How time flies and how people can change within a short span of time. There is no one visiting Feriha's grave. Feriha is totally gone and forgotten by Emir, the love of Feriha. Gone too soon. My heart ache for Riza and family and their loss. They have done their time at Etiler's apartment with the passing of Feriha. Emir is no longer a family but a total stranger to them after Feriha's passing. As far as Emir is concerned, Feriha no longer exists (technically true), she is history and all her memories are erased forever from his cold heart. That's life.

Emir wanted to understand Feriha from the very beginning. Through their time together and apart he continued to try to understand her. He succeeded in understanding only some of Feriha’s character, he loved her. He loved her with his whole being, even when he didn’t understand her. After Feriha’s death, Emir noticed two qualities that Feriha exhibited in Zulal. And he asked Zulal a question. He asked why she lied about where she lived. That was question, shows to me that Emir has not stopped trying to understand Feriha. Gunesh has a lot of Feriha’s characteristics. Gunesh’s earrings spooked Emir, why? Feriha’s earrings had GREAT significance for Emir. I don’t know what is in Emir’s mind, but I think that Feriha is in his mind too

I really like how Emir and Koray and Hande know each other so well. They cannot hide anything from the other. And they are able to freely talk to each other about the problems they see, but also respect the boundaries that their friends require for privacy. Really nice friendships

Hande painted her hair a black, the same colour as Feriha’s hair. Koray is correct. Hande came back for Emir. Emir’s attractiveness is really a difficulty for him. The women don’t leave him alone. Chancu, Hande, Ruya, and all the others waiting in the wings for his attention.The one who wanted to leave him alone, he could not leave lone because he loved her, and their story is a tale of 1 in a 1000 years. The one woman after Feriha’s whom he respects, love him, but he doesn’t love her. The other woman after Feriha who loves him, is the one for whom he has no respect, yet.

I think Emir thought of Feriha the whole evening. The fact that Yavuz treated his sister roughly disturbed Emir. I think he was thinking of how Feriha suffered by Mehmet’s response to Feriha and Emir’s closeness. I think that Emir finds it difficult to put another woman through the same violence that Feriha endured at the hands of her brother. Emir knows that Feriha would reject such a situation.
