I'm a man...I weigh around 80kg. In my prime, we used to carry 20 to 30 kg plus our rifles on our backs during military service. Now and then we had to carry each other(equal body weight or less) but only very short distances. TWICE our body weight would've been impossible. It would've killed the strongest amongst us!
