Very nice gesture to hold the fund raiser. Great camera work. I always liked the VW Thing. We took a vacation to Europe and I was surprised to see them in the WW2 musuems. I didn't know that they were the German version of the Jeep.

This is why the community around here is so awesome; we try to help each other in times of need. Yes, they were definitely using Volkswagen cars during the war. Take a look at the second-to-last video that I posted, and in the beginning, you'll see a Schwimmwagen VW, which could actually float on water! It's crazy to see one in person.
