I've notice that not all the Gladiators have appeared in Children in Needs 2024 like Fire (who is practising for Strictly Come Dancing), Legend and Viper.

Fury was injured, Legend and Viper are seen as "Heels" aka bad guys and as such they don't want to show them doing good things (WWE wrestling often does it too) and like you said Fire would have been busy
