do not trust suction cup alone...its cold outside and the lower air pressure means the cup holder can fall OFF.Great video one day I will fly in the Alps....its my dream and it will happen,just looking for an English speaking instructor with a duo discus in France.

How do you mount the go-pro to the wing? I will be starting a gliding scholarship with the air Training Corps next month and hope to film my progress with my Contour Roam 2 (similar to a go-pro). Any advice on filming it?

From personal experience the footage looks to be from GoPros. The camera on the wing is a GoPro Hero 2 and I think the others are as well :)

Can you guys tell me what is the best way to attech GoPro to a glider's wing. Can I trust a suction cup mount?

Exact, the suction cup mount is not the best idea (one guy in my club has lost his Gopro like that), for my part and in this video I use a home-made mount in carbon fiber made and modeling directly over the wing profil. It is very solid, i have never had problem with that and i can go forward up to 250 km/h without any scared to lose my cameras.
