This is a great meditation on Srila Bhakti Rakshak Shridhar Dev-Goswami Maharaj, I was really happy to see a photo of him when he was younger, it is a tendancy for us as beginners to only think of our Gurus as old men who gave advice and much hari katha, which is true and perfect, but we forget about the days of them being younger, collecting donations, working the fields, hosting pilgramages, etc. Very active and hands on, when we meditate on Gurudeva we should want their qualities throughout their pastimes rather just when we saw them in the last chapters. Who was it that wrote a pranam for Vyasadeva that refered to him as kumar? I was reading about it in Religion Of The Heart, very sweet. Anyway, I think this is genuinely very progressive and positive, proper service, but im faulty in understanding whats been told to me so my opinion is mostly useless, at the least I like it :) Good job guys!
