I only found Dr Perry a few weeks ago (on a podcast: The Mindful Movement in Motion with Les Raymond: Fluid Dynamics) and every thing he talked about was like a lightbulb moment. Easy to understand and made perfect sense. So then I went to his YT ( stop chasing pain) and found the Morning body flow for energy and vitality (the big 6) and started doing it every morning. I did get headaches, after which I don't usually get but put it down to toxins and rubbish moving out. I have suffered with terrible insomnia for about 3 years and tried everything in the book to help but failed. But I can honestly say the last four days I have fell asleep quickly and slept!!! I can hardly believe it. So this interview is another excellent icing on the cake (Lol don't eat sugar) with even more insight and valuable information. So thank you both so very much. I will be listening to this again and sharing 👍

Great stuff! I'm a manual therapist in practice coming up on 30 years and in the last couple have started to realize the lymph, well water in general, in the body is primary in illness and restoration to health. So I took a little online course to find out what manual lymphatic drainage was about but quickly started to see that the whole body is connected, and to work intuitively got better results. And what amazing results! I absolutely have experienced the glymphatic system connected to every other part of the body. Really remarkable. I just discovered Dr. Nickelston today, an interview randomly came up on my yt feed and I'm devouring content. Yep yep and yep!! Dr. Andrew Taylor Still who created Osteopathy told us, the rule of the artery, or fluid flow, reigns supreme. Yes and amen!

I know 90% of this stuff from listening to Andrew Huberman and doing lots of research and self healing experimenting. But this ties it all together. I think of breathing or sleep or diet or hydration as these separate things. But understanding the lymph/glymph and adding self massage, now it just all makes so much more sense and feels like this final 10% is going to get me to optimal health. We shall see but with all the changes i made before finding these 3 Dr Perry videos, and now adding these extra ideas, im praying that i can report back that the hardest thing to change for me.... good sleep.... improves. Any suggestions how to "clean" kidneys besides fasting? And when someone is too acidic, is it the lymph liquid they mean? Thank you!! 🙏❤️🙏 LOTS OF LOVE 🥰❤️

Oh thank you for sharing! I’ll see if I can get Dr. Morse on the podcast too! I am aware of the gut-kidney axis so gut health is important. Thanks for this! This idea of clearing out the gunk in the glymphatic system... for me personally, I've been doing a pretty intense self-directed yoga/meditation practice for about a year now, and this really helps concretize what I've felt with my own somatic, interoceptive exploration. You can really feel these things open up, and the brain fog goes away... The experience is hard to explain but I think it's approaching what all the old texts talk about enlightenment, or awakening. Just like holy crap I'm a free mind, able to experience and perceive the world in a new, unhindered way. It really is healing.

8 minutes into the video & wondering how much severe central sleep apnea, suspected to be since toddlerhood, has to do with developing a meningioma... My guess is they are very much related! Thankfully, the apneas have been stopped completely, & unexpectedly when I was 72!! 😮🎉 Additionally, 30 plus years ago, I learned to use a Netti Pot & haven't had a single sinus infection since, where before it was an ongoing problem. Then, 15 years ago I learned to make homemade kefir (fermented milk.) I'd taken Allegra-D for allergies for well over a decade, pretty much year round on a daily basis. After 9 days I realized I hadn't taken Allegra-D for a couple of days & didn't need it. I have never needed it since. I like the taste of it plain, yet if you don't it can be flavored in a variety of ways. Currently I use Stur when introducing it to friends & acquaintances who don't like it plain. ☮️💞🙏🏼

Your later comments about “bad breath” stuck a chord with me. Occasionally I will notice that my breath really reeks. I have come to realize over the years that this particular smell is the result of a white soft substance that collects within the folds of the lymph glands at the back of my throat. I learned how to dislodge this crap simply by reaching to the back my throat with one finger and applying gentle pressure to the side of this small cave in my throat; on both sides, and slowly moving my finger from the back of these openings and sliding my finger forward toward the opening and this huge piece of junk; about the size of my pinky fingernail, simply pops out. This stuff smells like a dead skunk in the middle of the road. I have also learned that a daily routine of gargling salt water before bedtime prevents this stuff from collecting. Occasionally I have can detect this exact smell on a person I am speaking with. The smell is bad enough to make me shift my position and angle to avoid smelling this nasty breath. What is this garbage collection in our throats? One thing I have also noticed is that people who have had their tonsils removed never have this problem. I only know this because I am the eighth of twelve siblings and siblings can talk about anything with each other no matter how embarrassing it is. Comments?
