Fun fact: You can tell if the voice is the goatman or the hiker's. If the voice on the radio sounds panicked its the hiker, however if the voice is calm and emotionless it's the goatman. If you lead the goatman to the empty tower 2 he will start to get 'angry' and demand your location, and for you to turn on your light.
