Heavenly Father, thank You that all things were created by You for a purpose. All life exists because of You. We can't take our next breath or heartbeat without You. Thank You for creating us in Your own image. You created us all on purpose and with a purpose. Help us Lord to be good stewards of Your creation. We are Your workmanship created in Christ Jesus to do good works You have prepared in advance for us to do. In Jesus' name. Amen.

This little devotional talk is a genuine gem. You are so right, and this is so insightful,, the essence of the Gospel in such simple terms, even a child can understand it and fall in love with it, fall in love with it's Architect. Thank you, thank you for this refreshing breath of pure air. And may God continue to bless guide and inspire you This concept applies to every single doctrine.We might try to draw from scripture. If any doctrine loses contact with the central theme of scripture, God's amazing, beautiful, loving character, then we risk falling out of harmony with hHm

I’ve always wondered if there isn’t a part we got wrong, when we interpret “in the image of God”. I think evolution and religions can match up nicely if we accept that 1.) God is not physical by nature, he is spirit. 2.) therefore when he created us in his image, perhaps it means he gave us exactly that, spirit, a soul. That could mean that we were in any form, even an evolutionary form, and god imparted his image (spirit/soul) to that form, which would forever differentiate it from any other created being. It’s like the age old question of how we explain dinosaurs if the biblical timeline is true. Well, there’s a simple answer that so many Christians look at, and that’s this, how long were Adam and Eve in Eden before the fall? Guess what, we don’t know. It is not discussed in the Bible, so there is no reason to think it couldn’t have been millions , or hundreds of millions of years, during which we could have seen all the various prehistoric epochs science records. I find it hard to believe that Adam and Eve were in a state of absolute bliss and near perfection, and it only took a few days for them to be tempted and lose it. Maybe it took the snake eons upon eons to get Eve to the point where she and Adam disobeyed God and were cast out, and that whole time life, which god created, could have been evolving, changing, coming and going from our world. Not saying I’m right, but it may be things we could consider and conversations that would build a bridge between unbelieveing scientist and bible believing Christians. Now if anyone can show me where God said how long Adam and Eve were in Eden before they fell, I’m willing to be wrong. That’s the most beautiful thing about our God, we don’t have to be right about everything, we just have to accept that God, in love for us, gave his only son to die on the cross and pay for the sins that otherwise would have separated us from him. What a great and loving God we have. Amen!

It says God does not create through death and suffering otherwise we denigrate God's character and make him look evil.

The Gospel is meaningless if there were millions of years of death, cancer, disease and suffering before Adam sinned.

Sounds good but it’s not true. Sir you are clearly the Only One that believes that. God bless you & have a very merry Christmas! 🫶🏽🎄

A life without God is meaningless! When you get God right, it will very hard for you get anything else wrong”… I pray that you get right with Christ, or else you’ll be left and your life will be full of regrets. God forbid amen🙏🏾

There is nothing meaningless about the gospel of GOD. It is power of God unto salvation.
@JoesephSparrow8 күн бұрын
@@FindingFemi23 It is true. If there was death and suffering before Adam sinned, then death is not the result of Adams sin and we have no need for a last Adam. The Gospel than loses it's meaning and power. Death entered into the World when Adam sinned and therefore we need Jesus to pay the price for our sins to save us from physical and more importantly spiritual death. The Earth was cursed after Adam sinned causing the death and suffering of animals and people. A loving God would not need to use death and suffering to create us especially if he tells us he did it another way. Evolution Makes God a liar.

(Mar 10:6) "But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female." Even Jesus believed that Adam and Eve were were created at the very beginning of Creation and not millions of years afterward. Are you implying Jesus was wrong?
