Clear message....I wasnt aware the time before Christ was so poly dominated...i dont recall hearing preachers of the gospels connecting these dots. We worship the ONE true God....Amen. From an apologetic POV, should we understand that during Jesus' ministry, the mindset He encountered was a polytheist paradigm?

Larry Hurtado has a book "Destroyer of the gods" where he talks about how everyone was Polytheist and how early Christianity toppled its dominance.
