I made it over an hour. Though I usually like this plot, this version is too much. There was no justice for anyone who wasn't part of the rich and powerful. Even their child died waiting for care. It was horrible. Yes, I am sure it works out in the end, but it was too close to reality for me to enjoy. I found myself getting angrier and almost hopeless the longer it went on.
