If weren't for their Lack of Bussiness they would be the Stongest, but you can easily take them out after Unlock Cuba, I think they should have take more bussiness from us or more should have been Unlocked or Used.

Nope, they very easy. Its just you need trick to beat them.

@@ryanmalik3378 I eventually figured it out that was myself from 4 years ago. The trick is to take out Tony Rosato first. Then hit Rico Granados. And then finish Samuel Mangano and Almeida last.
