According to Sean Waltman, the gargle rule came about because a round of shots were bought by Flair and sent to the Klik. The Klik returned the favor but Flair only drinks “pussy kanikazes” and was spotted dumping the shot of Jack behind his shoulder. Hence, the gargle rule was instilled to insure the drinks were drunk.

This has been fantastic. The cucumber thing is best told via Paul Bearer with his Shoot Interview alongside Jim Cornette. During that part, it seems like Paul was one of the only people that had the balls and was able to rib him in regards to them.

We almost got this in '97 when Undertaker talked about "opening up the vault of souls" and bringing back a demon. There was serious consideration to bring Shango back and put him with Taker. But, plans changed and Wright came back as Kama Mustafa and joined the Nation (which eventually led to The Godfather).
