Simply press and hold or repeating the square button and wiggle the left analog stick. You can play with the d-pad while equipping weapons as well.

Something funny happened to me killing Luciano. Now he is located next to several business I had taken over so Corleone's came out to help so here's what happened I ran up to him to do the bonus but after it I dropped dead and then Luciano and then my Crew Member. I levelled up and completed the Hit but it was when I was failing the level went up.

Yup, these are new contents so they are not available in PC and PS2 version.
