This is why the flaw crating obsolescence should never be form the Mother of a Son: Only from the competitor to feminine power, to help her win, times, too, if it is a contest to be the best; as far as real man: my best was already Jack Oliver, First Crime of my Ma Ma' Beverly Jane, wife of Dick Minnear ( Doctor of Family Practice promoted his first year hear to head of Family Practice, who ran his won Betty Ford technology discovering clinic ).. The problem is: when lust for power, decays over time, so much that ethics decay, to own another person, or his mother to destroy him before he is made too; it means we are not improving the human race, but keep it around for fun or another benefit is all. So this habit to flaw a non-enemy is for the birds; all it means is war games by men made them aspire to defeat women to slave them too much; never letting the best win, is the flat; they deserved alpha creator or not; if not, they maybe expired , not their Mother. {So they make their flaw childish defamation; nope- that's how many dimensions I had to consciously create to fix it. ... all they want is mafia life, and no one is rewarded, and all humans get bored and move on; because this whole way of life, was about keeping G_d happy, not man: and if G_d want d_gs, women SAD, they won and lost at the same time; they will become obsolete and all life will become extinct, or self-owning if it is allowed to go on; it will cost too much to reward the value destroyers so the way of force and fraud, will have to stop and never become the unwritten language of the civilization of the universe. Forcing rivals to made, overspecializes people and using force and fraud, means YOU nominated Ur own Mother to make the New Mitochondria... 'creator of gold'. SO every sane female needs or become rumpleskilson's daughter or stop ordering other women around for nothing, and making more Taming_of_the_Shrew_Cenarios. Every forced use of resources against the philosophy of those item's creator is basically fraud and forcing artists to starve; so beauty will die before the black Station... I'm sorry to say, not that I dislike Rocky, Adrian's non-mistress; it should be voluntary; so followers of Jesus defamed to be said to endorse non-polygamy are being forced to be their own anti christ, against their principles in too many imaginary places; all the devils and angels wanted was power- they will actually loos it all to gain a thing, in time; they will be slaved and never visited again if they are not persuaded to stop creating slaves, that only cause pain, not pleasure or temperance or serve joke fraud and create to make destroyers most popular over time. (One who swam in Caesar's private Palace, in Enterprise ... nude, for free). ).

Utter nonsense! Godfather Pt 1&2 are undoubtedly truly excellent films - but Pt 3 was an abomination. The nepotism of FFC to shoehorn his daughter (Sophia) into arguably one of the film's most pivotal roles as well as the convoluted and at times idiotic plotline totally destroyed any credibility for the film. Also, if you want to talk about the greatest finales and film trilogies in cinematic history - look no further than Sergio Leone's masterpieces, 'Once Upon a Time in the West', 'A Fistful of Dynamite' and 'Once Upon a Time in America'. Indeed I would strongly argue that the overhead cam-shot and fade-out of Robert De Niro in 'Once Upon a time in America' is probably the most hauntingly iconic ending to any film in history and has confounded film-goers, critics, film historians and film-makers themselves for decades. Oh by the way - Leone was asked to direct Godfather but turned it down in favour of 'Once Upon a Time in America'!
@thesoultwins72
@thesoultwins72 7 жыл бұрын
Oh hum....there's always one isn't there! As you clearly know absolutely nothing about film and film history - please allow me to me explain? (I will go slowly so you can keep up). In the late 1960's Sergio Leone's spaghetti westerns (the 'Dollars' series) had been such an immense global success - the studio were pressuring him to make more. However, Leone didn't want to be pigeon-holed as just a western revivalist film-maker. He had obtained the rights to Harry Grey's ''The Hoods'' (a tale of Jewish gangster's in New York) and was determined to turn this into a film. (Leone was obsessed with American culture - and felt that he had already done justice to the western films he had loved as a boy - and now wanted to focus on the America gangster movies of the 1920-30's). However, he struggled to get finance for this project (it actually took him over 15 years and was only due to a chance meeting with eventual producer Arnon Milchan).However, in the late 1960's Paramount pictures approached Leone with an 'offer he couldn't refuse'. (excuse the pun!) They gave him the largest budget ever to make another western film and also threw in Henry Fonda - one of the most iconic and recognizable film stars in western movies history. (eg; 'My Darling Clementine', 'Drums along the Mohawk', 'Jesse James' etc). The result was the ground-breaking and finest western film ever made - 'Once Upon a Time in the West'. An epic and poignant homage to the western genre and still a stunning masterpiece to this day. Despite this, Leone was still set on turning Grey's 'The Hoods' into a film - so decided to make 'Once upon a Time in the West' the first installment of a trilogy to American culture. (the first two films would be westerns, and the third a gangster movie - ok, got it so far?) So after 'Once upon a Time in the West' came 'A Fistful of Dynamite' and then finally, 'Once Upon a time in America'. Your comment about the main characters in 'Once Upon a Time in America' being 'unlikeable' is perverse and argumentative at best - and idiotic at worst! (are you saying that FFC's Godfather series is about the every day life of warm, kindly souls in a typical Italian mafia family?!?) Gangster films by their very nature focus on utterly despicable, ruthless murderers - from 'Little Caesar' to Scorsese's 'Goodfellas'! It might also interest you to know that 'Once Upon A Time in America' has since gone on to be named one of the best gangster films ever and listed in the top 50 films of all time.Turning now to Godfather III - I am old enough to have been around when this film was first released (1990) and I can promise you that it was absolutely panned in the media! Sophia Coppola's performance in particular was widely scorned and accusations of nepotism by FFC for giving the role to his (until then totally unheard of daughter) abounded. It received a 67% rating in the 'Rotten Tomatoes' awards and its convoluted plotline and inadequacy as a 'stand-alone' film (ie; you HAD to have seen the previous two Godfather films to understand it) doomed it to an extremely mixed critical and commercial reception. In short - it was shite! Finally, any similarities between the dreadful Godfather III and 'Once Upon a Time in America' must only occur in your miniscule mind! The first is at best a haphazard attempt to cash in on what was up until then an excellent series. 'Once Upon A Time in America' is as with the first installment of Leone's trilogy ('Once Upon a Time in the West') arguably one of the most seminal and influential films ever made. It has atmosphere and pathos that Godfather III could only dream of replicating! It's like comparing a Toyota with a Rolls-Royce - and I feel truly sorry that you fail to see the obvious chasm in class between the two films.
@thesoultwins72
@thesoultwins72 7 жыл бұрын
LOL! You really need to get back on your meds asap - as your thought processes are all over the place! On the one hand you ask us to like a ruthless mafia family, whilst at the same time chastise Leone and his masterpiece (O.U.A.T.I.A) for displaying gangsters behaving badly! I'm sorry but you can't have it both ways! And let's analyze your critique of Leone and his film for a moment shall we? You cite the rape scene between 'Debra' (Elizabeth McGovern) and 'Noodles' (Robert De Niro) and pontificate that Leone is asking us to 'sympathize' with 'Noodles'. But what actually happens? 'Debra' ends up hating and ignoring Noodles for over 30 years! Hardly conducive with 'rewarding' the character for his vicious attack on a defenseless woman is it! In addition. you laughingly claim to 'know about film' - yet plainly have absolutely have no understanding about Leone's film-making style. If you watch any of Leone's films (even his 'Dollars' series) you will instantly recognize, not only his almost obsessive attention to detail but his incredibly full and compelling focus on character development. Indeed, for 'Once Upon A Time In the West' Leone had Ennio Morricone compose individual 'signature' motifs for the 4 main characters (Harmonica, Jill, Frank and Cheyenne) and he would have these played outloud on set when they were filming that particular characters scene's to create the right mood! Leone doesn't ask you to 'sympathise' with the characters - but empathise. He doesn't say these people are good or bad but that we need to understand their background and motivations for their behavior.before we can make a judgment. For example - the 'Jill' (Claudia Cardinale) character in O.U.A.T.I.T.W is a whore and obviously married Mcbain not out of love but a desire for an easy life. Should we despise her for this? 'Harmonica' (Charles Bronson) is a ruthless obsessive killer seeking revenge for his brother's murder. Again - is he good or bad? Leone gives you the choice by framing each of these characters in their individual situations and although he creates redeeming qualities for all of them he simply invites us to make the final decision. That is stunning film-making and that you don't understand this simply illustrates your complete lack of insight into the art of filmcraft. At the end of the day and in spite of your feeble excuses - Godfather III was a dreadful film as illustrated by the critical and commercial reaction it received at the time of its release. If you want to fall in shit and think it's clover - then good luck! But no matter how hard you polish a turd, it's still a turd and it won't shine!

Oh hum ...... I 'need to get my head out of my arse' do I? Well actually I was only trying to help by looking for yours. You are correct about one thing at least (and that's a first for you!) like arseholes, everyone has an opinion - but like arseholes yours are full of shit. To repeat what I said earlier - you clearly have absolutely no idea about the art of film - and you continually prove that with your inane comments and by simply regurgitating data that I have given you - but then completely changing it to support your puerile theories! However, I have now realized that you obviously suffer from ADHD and are mentally retarded - so I must apologise to you and hope the treatments starts to take effect soon. Be well and don't let those naughty men in the white coats push you around too much ok?

I absolutely love Michael as don but there is no better don in any movie ever than don Vito Corleone, Brando was brilliant, and so was Deniro pinch hitting as the young Vito, Coppopla was at his best in these movies and he was genius in casting Brando as Vito, a stroke of genius, also he caught a young Al Pacino just coming into his own, and he lucked out as Deniro was to play Carlo but instead was held out until the second movie. The Godfather was and is the Shakespeare of our time, and to me movies one and two are the best American movies ever, yes even better than Citizen Kane.

A masterpiece of all movies, I always loved it and I really don't know how many times I've watched these trillogy. Maybe I prefer Godfather II, but all three parts of the movie are so great. Especially the music is amazing and so beautiful, thanks to Mr. Nino Rota, also thanks to Mario Puzo, great writer, and my favourite actors Robert de Niro, Al Pacino and, of course, Marlon Brando etc.etc. After all, thanks to Mr. Francis Ford Coppola who made this movie a masterpiece for all times. Thank you for sharing this, I love it. Greetings from Croatia.

The music of Godfather’s franchise is always something to my soul. I listen to it when I’m desperate, and I listen to it when I’m so happy in my life. It reminds me to be grateful of bad experiences and learn from them. Also reminds me to love my family, friends, my lover and myself.

I have watched Godfather many times and keep watching it at least once a year and every time I’ve been blown away by the majesty of this movie, this director, this Brando, this Pacino, this minute 7:49 “dad!”, and those silent tears!

I picked up the 4 dvd set here in Manhattan and my goal is to edit all the films chronologically as they did with the Godfather epic. My favorite shot in the films will always be the young Vito staring out the window on Ellis Island with the Statue of Liberty in the reflection. This was a great condensed version.

I would also like to know where to find a young look alike Al Pacino. When he was a young man, so handsome and so sexy. WOW! I just love looking at him. I would love to meet him some day. He lives in NYC and so do I. Maybe I would be lucky enough to see him before I die. Oh well, I can only pray.
