For merchant you kind of have to do the merchant executive lost shipment. Don't do the basic lost shipment. It won't get you grade 5. Stockpiling merchant loot isnt the easiest besides besides doing lost shipment. Unless you were to dive. Since the merchant loot big sale item. Cartographers map treasure piece is very lucrative in money.

Do dives for merchant. Lost shipment is still broken so sunken ships still tend to disappear from time to time and only leave the book. If you do any deliveries it may be best to look for messages in a bottle versions instead to see what those give.

I honestly think the game is a in a decent spot right now for content, and with a team added that just focus on the games health/bugs and overall optimization hopefully this new season that brings the PS people with will be amazing. I honestly think they are clear on their focus right now on the sandbox mode and not all these random collabs.

So to be honest, I only just started playing Sea of Thieves and I saw your last vid where you were doing PVE stuff and saying okay yeah I'm going to try Season 11 after a break etc and I was like okay this is a chill PVE guy I can watch while I eat dinner. I wouldnt do vaults anymore unless after the commendation. Not worth risk as a solo and its no special loot. Its still vanilla basic chests. Those bottles for x marks the spot gets you a bunch of kings ans the riddle bottles will always be a chest full of crowns. What i didnt know is if you get a riddle in the roar you get some ashen crowns which look way cooler.

As far as gold, DR athenas are pretty quick and profitable. At grade 5, it's around 60k or so for the chest.

Dive bro. Diving to a World Event for a Faction changes the loot to all Faction loot. You get a little less loot overall but its all for who you dove for. Diving for Ashen Winds as a Grade 5 Order if Souls is solid money because the Skull sells for like 25K alone, but you also get the new Tier 2 Raid Treasure (Veiled Eye of Souls) which sells for another 25K, as well as a few of the usual Bounty Skulls. Additional plus: There's no Chest of Rage to deal with.

If you want a great way to start off the gold hoarder session, is to battle a skeleton fleet. It instantly gets grade 3 and gives 15k item

It seems like for all companies, Raid Dive for Skeleton/Ghost Fleet, then finish how you see fit.
