The Golden Baboon Spider - Harpactira sp. Robertson

Harpactira sp. Robertson is a yet undescribed but abundant baboon spider species from South Africa. Despite ist small size it is a real beauty because of its golden appearance.

It's hard work in RSA with Theraphosids, fortunately not for this species as they are under every rock

This is a small species, so they can be considered as a dwarf species 👍

Collect samples to survive this species in captivity. You show the habitat of the species, and near the already plowed land for grazing cattle, who knows, maybe in 10 years all herds of animals are trampled down and nothing remains, only memories .

This and all other species will survive without anyone collecting them to put them in small plastic containers somewhere in Europe. Don't worry...

It seems you need to read carefuly the law of South Africa about export of their wild fauna... NOT a good idea !

@@Guillaume33340 It seems to me to shit on their export law. If they plow the natural resources under the cows and the sheep who trample everything. What you do not see on the video that show? Or do you need to wear glasses for sight? There immediately next to the stones under which these spiders live - a pen for cattle ....

This species is not going to be extinct in the wild (To this day, absolutely NOT A SINGLE tarantula species is extincted in the wild and still alive only because of captivity, NOT A SINGLE ONE!). And well, if you want them in captivity, then go there for yourself and export them. :)
