Twice has always been that group that appreciates their fans and are just very down to earth even though they are already really successful. I think a huge part of this, aside from their genuine personality, is their experience as trainees in JYP (where personality is really important to debut). You should watch their "becoming Twice is not easy" videos. It will help give background on their hardships before they could debut as Twice. PS: Thanks for supporting our Twice

Just to add a bit more that are not included in the video: 1. Twice fanmeet and concert are among the longest for kpop idols as they want to be with their fans longer. 2. Since the first fanmeet, Onces are given seats as the members said that they will not sit if fans are not given seats. (most fanmeets only provide seats for idols, and fans had to bend or kneel in order to speak to the idols who were seated.) 3. One non-kpop helper had noted that during the autumn ISAC in 2019, Dahyun is the only idol who went around thanking the helpers and asking them whether had they taken their meals.

It's really easy to find testimonies from the staffs who have worked with twice (like from the guy who do the cleaning in the shooting set to the staffs who work in tv) saying things about how kind the girls are. They kinda have this reputation of being one of the most well-mannered group in the industry. I'm glad that you reacted to this video because everyone knows that twice release good songs, have amazing stage presence and popular but I want people to know them closer as human being other than idols.

If im not wrong, the hotel where tzuyu was residing leaked her information there to the outsider. It causes fans to bombard her and disturb her privacy. Because of that, she had no choice but to go back to Korea (or maybe back to Taiwan). I forgot where it was, but i think it was in cambodia. Pls forgive me if im wrong

Momo is acctully allergic of dogs but she still volunteer in the animal shelter. She just yook her meds after the activity cause she really loves dogs. She also have 3 dogs in Japan and she takes her meds everyday. Thats how caring they are
