Great video, you really nailed it. I don’t know why all the negative feedback on google, the staff has always been friendly. Not to mention it’s a 40+ year old course. It’s not perfect, but they’re always working on it.

@nathanaelstepp2484 thanks! But for real, I think it's solid considering the number of employees.

Love the vid man! Game is looking solid. I like the W’burg course all in all, besides last time I played there, they had chains up around fairways on some of the holes and had to walk to my ball. Didn’t like that part but all in all I like the course, especially being close to us and not busy. Funny story the little older lady that works the pro shop, said to me one time I’ll be right back and she went right around the corner and peed with the door open while I waited at register to pay. I cracked up at that! 😂. I give it 3.8 out of 5 for the rough carts, paths, and chains. But at same time those things made it more fun. PS. I was by myself and almost died on that hill too lol. Hit a bump and 2-3 of my balls flew out the cart and started bouncing/rolling down the hill with me lol.

Thanks! And hahaha that's so wild 🤣 I think 3.8 / 5 is a fair rating though. The place has good bones, but could stand a touch of improvement. I'm assuming their budget isn't what they wish for it to be, so it's not bad for what they have

Thanks for the trip down memory lane. Learned to play in the mid 90's when I went to college there. At that time you could get a semester membership for $50. Yardages are wildly off on the scorecard so i suggest a rangefinder or just eyeball it. And that 2nd par 3 was always a beast. One of the toughest ones i've ever played. If I remember right, the cartpath on 6 was on the left side of the fairway down the hill and it was a rutted gravel/dirt deathtrap. Now it is a paved deathtrap.

The yardages are STILL wildly off 🤣 they may have walked them out and wrote down how many steps 🤣 still a fun little place though. And both of their par 3s are brutal imo. But I couldn't imagine hole 6 having a gravel downhill path 👀 sounds way sketchier than it is now
