What has been your experience been with PRP injections for hair growth?
@RuralMallu Жыл бұрын
After 2 week after the first session, all the hair on my head fell out due to shock loss 😢. But to prevent it, I have come up with a solution for the victims of the PRP scam that you are using to do hair transplant surgery on ordinary people.😢 ❤ The remedy is to increase natural immunity immediately 😂

I just had my first session out here in Colombia. It was only about $75.00! It did hurt a bit since im not into needles..but was tolerable. I was injected with my own plasma and then afterwards they went over a 2nd time with a derma penn so that the plasma goes into every nook and cranny area of recession. I was told to come back in another month. I plan to atleast do 3 to see if my hair does get fuller.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with your treatment. I’d recommend talking with your injector about how they can make the procedure easier. Maybe with numbing the scalp, massage wands to vibrate the area, or even icing the area before injecting.

@@ThePlasticLife completely helpful, I have a consultation incoming cause I have fine hair and sometimes i feel it might end up falling, but my hair has stayed like this for 10 years. I am 36 now. Thanks to your video I have a realistic idea of what to expect. I think if it works decently well, my hair will look like a 15 year old in my case, if it kind of works, at least I will be so happy to keep my hair as it is as many years as I can. I have no visible alopecia, and therefore I don't consider transplant, and I don't want to take medication since any sexual side effects would ruin my life, and therefore I do not care how ridiculously small the possibility is. I rather shaving if at some point if I ever have to, than taking medication, to put it some way. Or do several transplants if I have good donor area, than taking medication. The doctor explained me that he usually treats PRP together with oral medication and mesotherapy, which also includes more injectable medication in the scalp, but I let him know already that I totally reject those options, and I was looking to give a try to PRP only, and see how it works. He has not seen me already so I will listen to his advice but probably will only try PRP if he allows me, or other doctor from another clinic. On my own I am doing dermapen (0.5mm 1-2 times a month) and caffeine+saw palmetto shampoos and seems to work wonders cause I have direct relatives who lost most hair before their 30s, or even 28. The decision of looking to do something else more than nothing at all, comes precisely because of my family background. So once again, very explanatory video. you gained a subscriber.

From what I’ve read, you should do maintaining sessions every 3-6 months to keep your results. And the most common prp protocol is: First 3 sessions should be done every 4 weeks, then maintaining sessions. Gonna try prp by myself in november btw!

@ThePlasticLife6 ай бұрын
Thats one of the downsides of PRP, unfortunately it may not give great results for everyone. Everyone has different blood qualities and levels of growth factors. So while one person may get great results with it, others may not. If your hair is still falling out the best option is finasteride and oral minoxidil. And you don’t have to take them 7 days a week to get great results. The main definition of success with these meds is that they stop your hair loss, not necessarily get back all your hair.
