If you watch a video on Steve's personal page entitled, "The Truth", you might have a little different opinion about him. I believe he sincerely wants to play more golf and get better at it. However, due to complications from his car accident he is not able to practice or play nearly as much as he wants. For someone who took up the game only relatively recently (5 or 6 years ago I believe), It shows that he's actually a pretty athletic guy to be able to hit some of the shots he does. Yes, he hits more really bad ones than most of the rest of the guys. But he also comes through, particularly on the greens. The fact that he is able to laugh off many of his wayward shots, I believe is a credit to him. My goodness, I've been at it for 20 years now and have no health issues restricting me from swinging. Being a competitive athlete in my younger days, I want every shot to be as good as the good one that jumps up every once in awhile. I'm sure he feels the same. And I also know he is totally 100% invested in Good Good the "business", as well as Good Good the friends he has..

I'm not trying to hate on Steve, I'm just commenting on thr fact that he is swinging way too hard for no reason. Notice that Steves best shots are the ones where he dials it back a bit and has decent tempo(pro am video). Plus for someone with back issues it's gotta be alot easier to swing smooth and with tempo than to violently transition and rarely hit the middle of the face.
