Agree… just mentioned that same thing. Kinda sucks for some of these content creators/golfers who traveled to play in the event (especially, Pete who traveled from England) and he got zero exposure. One of the reasons I watched was to see how he was going to do. Having a content creator golf tournament and only follow the Good Good crew around was actually kinda lame. Would have been nice to see more of the field. However, I did enjoy the tournament format and all the commentators. They knocked it out of the park.

I have to vent guys, because there are more negative comments about this GG open than a peak Logan Paul video. I think they put on a FANTASTIC PRODUCT but literally there’s a 50/50 split of positive and negative comments, some even said they were done with GG because its gotten too commercial. What did you want them to do, stick to 3 v 3 scrambles and wheel of not ideals for 50 years? These are dudes in their 20s, they have big aspirations in life, i say turn them loose and create the next big thing. I think for a youtube channel with just over a mil subs and only 3 years old, this was a remarkable production. Remember guys in the realm of big network tv like what NBC(peacock) is, good good would be limited what they could do for the budget they have, and I think it was fantastic. I for one was pleased by the amount of golf shots we saw, the minimal commercials there was and the amount of NBC golf overlays, features we saw. There were alot of negative comments about a few things and I’d like to address them. I heard alot of people complain about the broadcasters. 1st off you must not watch alot of PGA golf because George Savaricas and Andres Gonzalez cover alot of golf during the season and do well. Alot of people didn’t like how they were “ribbing” and teasing the good good players but it was obviously in good fun and I’m sure the good good guys told them to do that for entertainment purposes. Do half of you not have a sense of humor? Frances and Riggs added a nice humorous vibe to it too. Lots of negative comments about the lack of players seen. Guess what if you watch PGA or LIV golf, they typically only cover 10-12 golfers a broadcast because of lack of camera bodies, logistics etc. I was impressed good good was able to achieve something similar today and they even had a few “dummy” cameras set up on key spots to get highlights etc. Again it would be impossible to show everyone’s shots. If the PGA tour which has been the largest provider for golf for decades and LIV which has billions of dollars pumped into it can’t GG sure as hell can’t either. Lots of people hated the 14 hole primarily par 3 setup. Guess what, it goes back to a lack of budget. If they implemented an 18 hole par 72 7000 yd course, do you realize how many more cameras and how much harder it would be logically? Also some of the players who are awful at golf would get frustrated and pissed and pace of play would be trash. Hell it took like 4 hours to play 3000 yards tonight, no one wants to watch an 8 hour round. I hope you can see the logic in my statements above which sadly 50% of people anymore don’t utilize logic in their thinking. I hope like hell this doesn’t negatively effect GG’s longevity. I think this tournament went off incredibly well and the future ones will hopefully be awesome too.

I like a good bit of GG's videos, but I have to say I couldn't watch much of this. Calling it an open and having the tournament on a nighttime par three course was not worth the hype. I've watched the KZbin Championship #2 and #3, with the Bryon Bros, Micha, Grant and a few others, and I would have to say they far surpassed this. I have watched their KZbin Championship #3 in Bermuda on multiple occasions, and still enjoy going back to watch it. People want to see a real KZbin major with many more creators than this and with their individual scores, not a scramble format where they can rely on someone else to hit a good shot. I believe the worst part, besides being done at night, was the fact it was played on a par three course. And yes, this is one person's opinion as I am sure many die hard GG fans probably enjoyed it, but I know you guys can and will make better content in the future.

It does not have to be strict as pro-golf, but why do commentators have to try to be funny all the time and make themselves more important than the action. Nice attempt at something great, but overall it was a big floppy failure... Coverage was terrible... Commentary was the only thing worth tuning in for. The event started 5 hours too late. Needed to be in the daytime, not in the dark. That was really REALLY stupid. It was WAY too cold to be playing golf, so the golf quality was garbage. It looked like 29 teams of 30 handicappers duffing all over the little garbage course. The event should have happened in south Florida where it's 80+ degrees. Didn't get to see anybody play other then the good good crew and Paige... That was basically it.. That was dumb. Also, the event should have been played on a real golf course, not a piece of crap miniature executive course.. That was a real let down as well. There is A LOT to improve upon, and I hope they really give the entire event an honest look over and be brutal with the evaluation... They need to do a better job of basically everything... Except on course commentary,,, Two thumbs up for that. Two thumbs way down for everything else.

Ok, as much as I love the GG crew, why is the coverage here mostly them, specially since it was advertised as a YT golf influencer open? It would've been nice to see the other pairings like Finch and Trottie, Marty and DOD King, Paige/Caitlin, etc. Will the other influencers be uploading their round on their channel? That would make sense.

Kudos to whoever put this thing together! Really cool watching this in bright living color from my comfort chair up in Michigan. I watch most of these guys on KZbin and it's genius to get them together in this format. Far more interesting than most PGA golf.

20 Teams but you only got to see like 5 or 6 of them. These larger events always have some hype to them but honestly they aren’t nearly as fun as the majority of the best KZbinrs regular matches. Mic’ing up the players through the whole round would have been fun…actually getting to watch 12-15 other teams would have been nice…meh, disappointing.

I’ve been very critical of this, because they have got so much basic stuff wrong. However, its their first attempt so ill cut them some slack, they have to get the next event right, or their invited guests, most of whom bring viewers and kudos wont want play again. Global viewers will not watch if all you see are the good good groups. This was held at a pitch and putt course, and the standard of golf from good good players was found wanting, the coverage didn’t cover the leaders at all. The next course looks superb, so if the invitees accept and play, show them some respect and offer some coverage, if live is too difficult, record it edit and release as 3 videos of 6 holes, with decent coverage. I guess the Jury is out

For everyone mad they don’t get to see every group and their favorite creators… have yall never watched the pga? Unlimited budget and they still only show leaders and featured groups. Good good is on a much tighter budget and still showed a good amount of groups

What was the point of bringing out all these KZbin golfers to barely show any of them except for the people already part of this channel? What a joke.

90% of this competition was Garrett and Grant. It was so fucking lame not to see the momentum boys. Ryan scheckler was there and I wanted to see him too. Dident know he gofled. It's insane how much they left out of all the other groups. This really sucked. I'm really disappointed and I'm hoping all these other players have channels where they will upload their own vlogs about the competition. I'm proud of GG for doing something like this. But very disappointed In the production and all other aspects.

Complete flop. Basically a par three course that took driver to 5 iron out of the event which separates the men from boys. All the focus was on the last couple groups. Basically set up to be a Good Good commercial. I only watched 30 minutes of each video. I think this will hurt their next live event at French Lick. Peter Finch flew way too far to be basically overlooked. That pissed me off that the begged these guys promote their dang products and gave them almost no exposure. If I was a creator I would blow off their next event. Shameful.

@@ryannolan1142 Francis, mostly. His commentary made me laugh out loud many times throughout the event. Things were said that LIV or the PGA would never say at any of their golf tournaments. It made the event more unique than it already was.
