The reason there not friends anymore is that Lena chose Tatu manager Boris Renski over Yulia in 2009 when he offered Lena a solo career which was in fact just Tatu with Yulia kicked out. Tatu did not split up; it was pulled apart by Renski turning against Yulia for having problems making concert dates in 2008 due to having two small children. Renski would not give Yulia time to deal with being a pop star and a mother of two children.. Rather than defend her old friend Lena abandoned Yulia and went off to LA with the entire tatu band and management leaving Yulia alone. Lena, Sven Martin and the entire tatu band chose a rich LA lifestyle over Yulia and all tatu fans. Yulia got vilified for becoming a hurt human being over this and having plastic surgery while Lena got halos put over her head for being a conniving traitor. Lena has treated Yulia with contempt ever since; she didn't invite Yulia to her wedding but invited Boris Renski, She bullied Yulia at the voice of Romania in 2012 and angrily tore her arm away when they held hands. She sent out a video in February 2014 where she gave fuel to her fans in Russia to bully Yulia by criticizing her for very minor and petty reasons. Tatu guitarist Troy Maccubbin eventually left Lena's solo project and gave an interview which Lena tried to block where he said the truth is not on Lena's side when it comes to what happened with tatu. He attacked Renski's mismanagement of everything related to tatu since 2009 and called Lena a pathological liar who lies to herself and to her fans. Lena was a person you could respect when she was a friend to Yulia but she is a fake LA diva since 2009. She and people like tatu keyboardist and musical director Sven Martin ruined themselves and a wonderful band by choosing Boris over Yulia and hurt Yulia badly in the process, Yulia is a victim of bullying to this day over issues she has had ever since Lena screwed her over. I hope one day Lena realizes what a terrible mistake she made when she chose Boris over Yulia and seeks to make amends with her but I won't hold my breath and Lena seems as arrogant as ever about her so called solo career in recent interviews and even ignored Yulia when she sent out a message of love to Lena after the birth of her son.
