I used to live in Philly for two years! It’s sad because now you only hear bad things about it 🥺
@NataliesPassport10 ай бұрын
@@GIRLRAZR actually, as I said, I lived there for 2 years like over 10 years ago. Now after living abroad for years if you tell anyone you're from Philadelphia they say 'isn't it dangerous?!'. Everyone knows about the 'zombies' but not the nice parts...hence making a video about the nice parts 🤗

Reminds me of Bruce Springsteen's "Streets of Philadelphia." Even though the film and song represented the life of a man who struggled with Aids and his mental instability. That‘s why I always have negative pictures of Philadelphia-homelessness, drug use, AIDS, and crimes. Nice to see your travel vlog highlighting the brighter side.

I haven’t seen that music video, I’ll have to check it out! I lived in Philly for 2 years and have great memories there! So it’s sad that everyone just shows the really bad parts (even though they do exist). Glad you liked it 🥰

Great video thanks for taking so long, I'm on the western part of PA near Pittsburgh but always wanted to try a legit Cheesesteak place but I heard stay away from tourist traps like Geno's and pat's?
@NataliesPassportАй бұрын
I think a lot of people would agree with you! I’m actually not a foodie at all and those are the places I remembered everyone talking about when I lived there over 10 years ago so 🤷♀️😅

@NataliesPassport not here to criticize or anything I just heard tourist trap places Cheesesteak or thai or whatever are subpar, hopefully you and me or anybody for that matter have that happen

I was born and raised in Kensington I think what most visitors don't realize is Philly is like swimming with sharks be aware of your surroundings don't make yourself a victim

@NataliesPassport born and raised and still in live in philly. Guys like him are scared of their own shadow. As you know anywhere you go you need to be aware. He's one if those people that goes on comments and tries to scare people. America is beautiful but America has an ugly side. Appreciate the good. Guys like him stay stuck in their house.

You did not get the best cheesesteak far from it. Those are the two tourist traps. Locals dont go to those places at all. You fail to do your research.

Where do you recommend?
@usa-lg1uv10 ай бұрын
Dalessandros, Jims, especially Angelos, Johns Roast Pork. Dave Portnoy of Bar Stool Sports rated Angelos the best. I dont know why the media always obsess about Pats and Genos but they been around for a while and they close to the stadiums i guess. Yes truly when you dig deeper you will find that locals dont go to those tourist traps at all!@@NataliesPassport

You did not experience Philly at all. Not even close. You just got caught up in the tourist trap. You might as well have stayed home. Lol Pats and Gino's is for tourists and people who are drunk and hungry at 3am.
