Block13 is not a ripoff, SouthPark was banned from Kuwait TV programing stations after there was an episode where SouthPark poked fun at them, and a man that was a southpark fan wanted to make a show that resembled it, however it's nothing like SouthPark, the only thing that makes them similar to SouthPark is the artstyle, the fact abooud, saloom, and azzouz look like their original counterparts, and the fact that there is 4 main kids. But that's it for differences, the things that make it different from SouthPark are the 2 bully kids, the teacher, Mr saleh being abused by Ms Attiyat, the overweight counselor, and the lore. Eeeeh, not really. Not to be the "um,actually..." guy here, but, Digimon and Pokémon are pretty different. For starters, Digimon originated as a Tamagotchi spin-off for boys, so it is more-so based on digital pets rather than monster collecting. Second, the anime series sees the characters age in real time; in the most recent Adventure movies they are now in their late teens/early 20s. Also, the Digimon anime likes to explore surprisingly dark themes for a kids show like loss, adoption, divorce and half-brothers, etc. Also sorry if I come off as a snub.
