Content description:
The Projects and Infrastructure Authority have launched a government wide Project Delivery Capability Framework (PDCF) to support the development of a government project profession.
In this webinar the presenters walked-through the framework, which has been developed as an interactive PDF. They then explained how it enables project delivery professionals, and those interested in becoming project delivery professionals, to explore the different roles within the profession.
Alongside the PDCF, the Government Online Skills Tool (GOST) has been developed so that project delivery professionals can evaluate their current skills and identify areas for development for both current and future roles that they aspire to. The webinar included a demo of GOST and how individuals can use it to assess their current skill set, identify what skills they need to develop for future career aspirations, and build a development plan to support different types of learning including on the job learning and continuous professional development.
