I know is strange made now a tribute about Philip Blake aka The Governor....but it's from some time that I thought to made one....today I've still flu so I've decided to finish a project started time ago ..hope you like it and always thanks to you all !
PS : Negan is really the big Monster ...so we could say that the Governor is a Monster and Negan is the Monster ...
