Great video! was just wondering how similar you think the ontrack questions are to the real exam?

Hey thanks Michael! Personally, I felt the ONTrack questions were closer to the 2020 clinical paper than to the mock papers I did - in terms of difficulty that is. However, it would be unwise to rely solely on ONTrack. I would say that you should be aiming to score at least 80% in the ONTrack clinical questions since a lot of it is basic stuff. I must point out that the GPhC is testing knowledges that is expected of a DAY ONE pharmacist, so try to cover as much ground as possible in terms of the foundations of each BNF chapter. I would worry less about the specifics/specialist areas in each chapter. The mock papers are good to practice off of since they tend to cover multiple learning points in one go as opposed to the ONTrack questions which is just learning facts. A combination of the two sources, each practiced under exam conditions will set you up well. Exam technique cannot be understated here. The GPhC exam tests your ability to pass the paper, don’t over complicate things when you don’t need to. If you don’t know something, flag it and move on. Hope that helps!

Hi, great video! Just wondering where did you find past papers to practise with? :)

Hey! Thanks for your comment 😊 the best way to get past papers is to ask around your Pre-Reg group. You can also buy mock papers from exam providers such as NPA, ProPharmace, RPS and PDA to name a few.
