Definitely the snowball effect in play. When everyone wants a 10 and there's so many 10's for sale, everything lower is immensely passed over. Very little demand.

I personally buy a bunch of PSA 10s, I like modern anyway. The fact that you cab get a modern chase card in PSA 10 for 50$~100$ is just crazy.

Bought a rainbow pikachu 188 psa10 for $180 plus. $140 cash plus 3 card trade in credit. And I was just looking for a 9 too since it’s cheaper. Seller worked with me seems like it’s slowing down in the slab space because before they weren’t budging on asking price now you can bring the price down and do trade in

great video, nobody talking about it but yes modern graded cards is declining. should always be selective when sending a card in to get a potential 10 i agree, now it's even harder for people who are less experienced. i will say it has gone back up but the cards in a 10 that are holding well are basically just the chase cards, especially the ones with lower % 10 populations.

Pretty much why I'm only grading the tippity top cards over seas. Everything else goes to ARK and they are selling

I havent tried ARK but I have seen their slabs in person..nice clarity and label and a nice weight to hold. Would you recommend them within AUS?

Just a suggestion. How about people get into Pokemon or whatever card game they are into because they genuinely love the game or love collecting the cards and stop caring about just making money off of them. I do not grade cards and I never will. I do not care about making money off my Pokemon or one piece collection. I collect them and play the game cause I actually love Pokemon and one piece.

Grading is a scam. Dont fall for it. Your cards wont get any more Valuable just because they are in a Plastic Case. the only ones who get money are those who put them in the Case and charge you way to much for it.

I enjoy chasing grading cards for the rarity condition e.g. psa 10. I totally agree that some prices are ridiculous and hopefully we see them come right down so it's more affordable to collect graded if you choose to
