Top one is an old auto grass car. Bottom one is our old rally car which got rolled at a rally over in Ireland back in 2015. It is fixable but it’ll be a bit of work to do so, would sell that one

The plan is to get a couple of shipping containers, make one into a bit of a kitchen and the other seating. The first battle is working out all the licensing etc 😫

@avin_the_crack easiest thing would be forget the seating.....amd hire in a catering van for a couple of hours then you don't need to worry about good hygiene stuff. As for licences its on private land.....your just having some "mates" over so it doesn't matter. That or get everyone to sign a waiver on entry 🤔

Question for you guys running the red tops you call them.. we call them super boss motors we get them out the opel kadetts here in South Africa... I am curious on the cam belt system how it's tentioned up. Our one broke the idler bearing off the front bent all the intake valves. We have now redesigned that whole tentioner system to tention the belt up with the water pump and fitted a triangulated bracket to help strengthen up the idler pulley/bearings from breaking the bolts.

Josh I don't know if your interested but we have a 1980 V reg maroon Vauxhall Chevette 1200 in immaculate condition in the body but the engine is knackered. Iv had it advertised for ages but had no interest so I'm going to send it to the scrap yard as I'm moving and can't take it with me. If you want it you can have it as long as your prepared to collect it from Gloucestershire? It is a 100% rot free example but the engine is no good. It's up to you?

3 door Sierra is the same shell as the 3 door Cosworth why not make it into a 3 Cossie. On Wheeler dealers in the states mike sold the Merkur to someone here due to the shell been roughly the same. If its made into 1 it would be worth £40 grand + as a scrapper 3 door is worth £20 grand or so.
