@@Htcawnrop players can only travel to cities under 2 conditions: 1) City that's in the same season of gw as their current city 2) city that's open for immigration and not newer than their own mansion age

I'll usually look at stats of player also. Gear and stats as well as kills etc. Before I decide.

I've been scouring the map looking for victims, on 2 occasions got to within seconds before they bubbled and no arsenals on last week to make up points! Nothing worse than burning a 75% speedup only for them to bubble! That said if I were vs PrA I would keep my troop safely under a bubble
