Made an example of the disloyal in front of everyone. Absolute cinema. I think people who don't watch mainly Cypress would be more receptive to clips of Cypress RPing if the fanboys weren't in Reddit and on here harping on about how it is the greatest RP they have ever seen and how no other gang can compare 😅 Cypress have some of the best characters on the server (mainly in the Dons) but their overall contribution to RP on the server is mid. They have this arc that's yes entertaining but again its internal but everyone is acting like its Sanguine 2.0 and never been done before. Not to mention this arc could have been so much better if 404 roleplayers had taken the spicy route like Buddha and Omie. Instead of just trying to get Marty to stay and not committing to the RP they all avoid the conflict route and say they are staying in Cypress. Imagine if they have stood up for themselves and actually chosen to betray Cypress and join Marty. Only for the realisation that Marty had tricked them and then they were shot. Instead you have people assuming it was a test and choosing to stay. Then Marty having to make it spicy by throwing people under the bus who considered leaving. And then they just randomly got shot and from their pov they chose Cypress so there was no real reason for it. Also to call it a purge when 2 people got shot is generous.
