I completely agree. The best part of the case to me is that it's really the case where you feel that Naruhodo finally is a real attorney. He's never really lost and trusts his client and the evidence, knowing that they will lead him to the truth, the only hurdles for him in this case are his client's own stubborness and the fact that he has to convince the jury and Van Zieks of the enormity of the events.

I always liked how at the very end, Drebber showed some amount of remorse when Ryunoske pointed out how he had ruined Harebrayne’s life just the same as his own life had been ruined. The best part about these games as an overarching narrative was how all these people were affected and yet you understood their reasons for their actions and even most of the victims had their reasons and their bits of humanity despite the evil that they had done.

To be fair I feel like the title can apply to several parts of the case. Susato returns to London having left months ago The professor "came back to life" Ryunosuke also returns to court after months of having lost the right to act as a lawyer. Though yeah after those plot points have been established you could quite easily establish that its real meaning is the professor's rise from the grave. You're just unlikely to realise that too far from the twists reveal

I thought the case would play out like this: The whole machine was only built so Asman could fake his death, the corpse was a waxwork and the coroner was bribed by Asman. He would then turn out to be disguised as a character related to the case (kinda like dailey vigil) and therefore the name. Tbh though, the game makes it very early on clear who the departed soul is.
