I think the likelihood of sneaky getting picked up is little to none. If any team picked him up it would be CLG and it also depends on what Sneaky values himself as. The thing is, disregarding all of that, sneaky's strengths lie in teamfights, not laning phase, but it's just a shame laning phase is what matters so much more these days.

I actually think brand is something Steve values a lot. Losing Double in terms of branding is pretty bad, so it would make sense to bring in a heavyweight like Sneaky. Plus, Steve and Liquid as an organization has never really been like C9, bringing in players from their academy team unless it's absolutely necessary. I just don't see TL putting Tactical if they wanna take the split seriously.

I believe that most people are ruling this out because sneaky got offers, just not the money/teams he wanted. He's part owner of C9 and streaming so the money has to be MASSIVE. (He would have to give up his equity in C9 to play on another team is why that's relevant)

Mikal Øvstebø yeah but it’s not fair to compare worlds to now.Different metas, as well as he got a lot of attention bottom too. Yes I ageee . There are times when I feel he isn’t getting in the fight enough to do enough damage , but I don’t feel he’s been caught that much . Especisllly if the team is losing the game . That one tower dive on him mid was awful but over all, I think he has done a good job

This is the first split doublelift has not won the finals since spring 2016. Just putting that out there to make sure TL knows that. CLG and TSM haven't looked great since letting him go. LoL isn't a good role for ADCs atm, but you never know when that will swing back.

I mean Doublelift himself stay good relationship with old TSM members. He made a video about it(actually two), so I think it is promising, and may solve the no-carry position problem TSM is facing since they rely so heavily on Broken blade's performance right now. And the jungle meta changed this patch to yield more resources, I think having a hard-carry adc may change something.

Ok, so many of the people in comments are asking about the possibility of TL Sneaky. I've been a huge fan of Sneaky ever since I started League. And since I'm also an adc main, I have huge respect towards him. But the problem with TL Sneaky would be the opposite of TSM Doublelift. Both BrokenBlade and Doublelift are resource heave players, right? Well, then both Impact and Sneaky are weakside laners. Which side is Broxah supposed to play? I'd say Sneaky would be a much better match for TSM. Objectively, BrokenBlade is a strongside Carry toplaner. If Sneaky joins them, Dardoch can reliably camp topside. But why would they bring Sneaky when they already have a good weakside botlaner in Kobbe?

CLG gets the short end of the stick with this one. The adc position is an unlikely one to look for an upgrade in, as they have so many other issues that seem worse.The team had very split comms by the looks of it, at least for a lot of the split, with Smoothie getting caught out or not being anywhere near a fight. On top of that, their worst performers were undoubtedly Wiggily and Ruin. I don't think Kobbe would be that cheap to get, and they would likely have to find something to do with Stixxay. TSM would likely have to take a big financial loss just to secure that roster, as Doublelift has a high asking price and Kobbe would be hard to offload without a low price. The only way I really see it all working out is if TL also takes Stixxay as a backup option. Tactical being the starter is the most likely situation for TL, no denying that. I think that even if they keep Doublelift, unless they see significant improvement from him both mentally and in game, and Tactical turns out to be a bad adc, they should work on developing Tactical instead. If they do manage to off load Doublelift in the above scenario, Stixxay could be that veteran backup they need. Maybe Stixxay just needs a new environment, because it wasn't too long ago that he still looked pretty good.

I'd rather see us bring in Tactical tbh. NA keeps recycling the same players over and over between teams. Meanwhile other regions bring up players from seemingly out of nowhere. Our region is weak because most NA teams refuse to move away from "big" names that have been in the scene for a while, instead of trying to find fresh talent that can grow. Just look at C9, they're doing things the right way imo. They find low cost, little notoriety talent and turn them into monsters. If tactical can step in and perform like a top adc, why even try to get sneaky when we could already have someone on par or better for the current situation? Plus someone that already has synergy with our current support, who is probably going to be our building block moving forward.

My only thing is, if ever there is a situation where you see players being toxic to eachother, it is between Dardoch and Doublelift. If these 2 do not get along, they will collapse! Personally I don't think and team will pick up DL. I know I wouldn't if I were an owner or coach. Just too much money for too short of contract. After his contract expires then I would happily put him on my team, but no way would I buy him out.

How would you feel about Sneaky on T.L. I think he could be a good fit with Corejj and he already has a good working relationship with both Impact and Jensen. He has been playing a lot of solo que and is probably hungry to get back it in. I think Sneaky would have a chance to crush that Sneaky in lane meme because he has looked so dominant in his solo que and has put alot of time on the broken A.D.Cs the only problem I see would be team environment his is a very chill guy and T.L will be blood thirsty after last split. I think that the team will be a strong contender at worlds as well because Sneaky has see alot more success than Double lift at worlds and this would allow them to adapt there playstyle alot more. Just your thoughts on that

doublelift is a fucking leader and monster of an adc, if he is in the form of any of his previous splits. He can shotcall the whole thing while beeing the super star ADC we know him for. When DL left the team, i always felt like Bjergsen started playing worse, because he tried to add the good parts of DL to himself. OBVIOUSLY THO if DL really comes back, he will be the reason why Bjergsen returns to his old self and can focus on himself, while DL will fix the rest of the issues. I just cant wait anymore to see Bjergsen get into his super saiyajin God form back and shitting on everyone in mid lane XD

i think taking kobbe out and bringing doublelift back to TSM is a great move, makes TSM's choices for win-con really broad so if certain things are banned out in champ select they can switch their win-con around. Hope that doublelift makes that decision to come back. Suprised other TSM fans have been delusional on his gameplay, i've definitely noticed kobbe being a weak point of TSM this split and bringing dlift in would be amazing for the roster making win conditions super versatile (even though TSM does play through top exceptionally well having such a high first blood rate through broken blade)

I'd love for DL to return to TSM. If TSM decides to go through with this trade, I would be very disappointed. TSM benching players/imports after just one split, especially imports would be jumping the gun, especially when they didn't even do that bad compared to recent splits. I think they should stick it out through Summer, then make changes or trades in Pre-Season if things don't improve. If the argument is to dump Kobbe for DL, I'd be very scared if I were Dardoch and someone like Meteos, or some other capable jungler becomes available. If TSM makes these changes, I don't think it bodes well for their image as an organization, both to fans and potential players alike. In addition, DL on TSM means someone (or everyone) has to learn to play weak side. Stylistically, this is a trainwreck. Also, DL unnecessarily costs an arm and a leg, and I'm sure his "unmotivated" image has dealth serious damage to his brand, meaning that TSM's business potential with DL won't be the same as it was with TL before the fiasco, so even business-wise it wouldn't make sense to take him. DL will either have to go to a bottom of the pack team in addition to a cut in pay due to current economics and COVID-19 issues, or he's simply gonna take another split off and bench himself on TL until his contract is up.

@@redael-mrabet8101 I don't blame that, because TSM consciously took BB, knowing that he was a carry-style player. The problem is that Dardoch plays carry-style too. Bot side was weak side all split for TSM, in addition to Dardoch having to make sacrifices in the draft (whether willingly or not) to support BB and Bjerg, who I'm assuming decided that their team was going to focus on top and mid. THis is fine, but adding ANOTHER carry-style player isn't going to help their situation. THey just need a little more time for ppl to adjust to their playstyle. THeir early/mid is insane. Imagine if they stabilize their mid/late; they'll be on-par to FNC, G2, C9, etc.

i mean i doubt he would be that mentally affected by C9 winning the split, at most I think he would be happy that the org that gave him his career finally got another title. Also as it stands Sneaky hasn't officially retired. He almost signed with Dignitas but they weren't willing to offer the money he wanted (and rightfully deserved), so he went to streaming. If we are being honest, Current DL is playing way worse than Sneaky last season, and even with that sneaky is historically a top 5 NA adc. I could easily see him going on one of the lower teams if they were willing to offer the money but I doubt that they would pay him.

@@dasher397 he has stock in the team yes, but that doesn't mean he can't play for another team. There were reports of him singing with dig this split but negotiations fell through. Having stock in a team is different than being signed to the team. Imagine you had stock in Coca-Cola and because of that you could only drink Coke, get what I'm saying?
