What yazid did he too was supported by majority. The only solace I give to my heart is that prophet and his immediate family was tested by. There are discussions regarding the Islamic calendar and the determination of the new year's start. But there are also other subjects of debate like leap years or months. Some studies assert their existence, while others, like the video mentioned, argue against them. Let´s look at Ramadan and its common focus on fasting. But what are the precise requirements? Does fasting entail merely refraining from food and drink, or does it extend to abstaining from speech and other undesirable habits? Similarly, the practice of Salat raises questions. Is it primarily a form of prayer, or does it serve as a means of communal support? 5 times, 3 times, as much as you want or it is not obligatory at all? Is it strictly ritualistic, or does it hold deeper significance? Or rituals such as Hajj provoke contemplation on their alignment with Allah´s will. Are these practices truly reflective of God's desires, or do they risk diverting focus from more essential spiritual and more earthly pursuits? And there is a lot more. All what I'm saying is that there are many wrong ideas and distortions in religious discussions. Some of these ideas are easy to spot, while others are hidden within the teachings for hunderts of years of well-known Sunni, Shia, and other scholars who made a business out of it. That's why it's important for us to carefully think about our beliefs (Bakara 170). Please excuse me tha I din´t give sources. But there are plenty of discussions and studies out there and here on YT for anyone who wants to learn more about these topics. Vesselam

You can find good examples of the difference in the level of reasoning between Shia and Ash’aris in aqaed (belief) matters. If you find one school of thought to be more consistent with aql (intellect), you can continue from there and find answers for your other questions insha’Allah.

Secondly sir, I am against Usoli sect of shia. As they put their words before the words of Imam (j). One Turban says, out ijtahad is on this and other says no our ijtahad is this. Our scholars, Allama Majlisi(ra) and Shaikh e Tusi(ra), Allama Tahrani(ra) Shaikh al saduq(ra) etc, were Akhbari, they belonged to Akhbari sect. They only followed what Imam said, and did nit cared what in believes about a thing. Please shed some light on this.❤

Well I assume you haven't listened to Sheikh al-Habib long enough to know that he is an Usooli himself. It shouldn't be hard for you to see how the logic of the 'Akhbaris' of these days is the same as that of the Kharijites; bringing a specific narration as evidence and overlooking all the other narrations and principles. This attack by them against scholars who read our sacred texts comprehensively shows that they are trying to make us Shia enemies of intellect like Wahhabis.

Firstly, if there is an arrow and it needs point some where, then it can not have 2 faces\heads. There can be one right, and other should be wrong. If Islam says to do this and prohibits you from doing it then you have to follow it. BUT, in your sect, rather than having 2 faced arrow there are multiple faces. Some marajs say, i.e. sistai says that chee is haram, but khamenei says it is allowed in so and so condition. Bro, there is only one right thing [sistani did not said makru or so, mut straight haram]. Well, islam cant have two directions. Hence, according to sistani, kahamenei is jahal and wrong.This happens when you reject to accept what prophet and his infallible Progeny say, and do what you believe is right. [And if you say they research on it, then why dont they show to the world, that i am giving this fatwa under the light of This Imam [l] hadith. Watch hassan allahyari and you will know all, if you know urdu or hindi. At times, marajas dont even remeber on which bases they are giving their fatwa, i read one of the marajs book, BY GOD, i dont actully rember the reference now, but if you trust in ALLah then trust me, if I am wrong curse be upon me] SECONDLY, all of the hadith writers of our books, i.e Shaikh e Sadook, AL Tusi, Allama Majlsi, ALLAMA Hashim Bahrani were Akhbaris. Thirdly, the purpose of Prophet [j swa]and His wise progeny [swa j] erodes if one at the end of the day has to do what he believes is right. Your Mujtahids do ijtahad, and do what they believe is right. Moreover, they create problem which are useless and shias can live without them. I.e. what should be the direction of kabah at moon, like what the hell. Lastly, You CANT PROVE ONE HADITH where Prophet or his Progeny said to follow the marajas rather than us. They only said, read our hadith and ask from those Rawis and hadith explainer who follow our hadith, NOT WHAT THEY BELIEVE WHAT IS RIGHT like ALLAMA Majlsi etc. Thank you for your time. Only those are guided who repent and bow there heads towards Prophet [SWA J] and Ahlulbayat [ SWA J]

@@i.k990 You need to understand a couple of simple things which should be obvious. Ijtihad means trying to determine the indication of hadith, not saying what you believe to be right. Even if we take your approach, differences in understanding texts between Rawis are inevitable because there is opposition between narrations (which does not mean that there is contradiction in the actual rulings of Allah) and other problems. Khamenei is not a real marja btw. No one claims that these fatwas represent the actual ruling of Allah, but this is the limit of our ability during the time of occultation.
