6:40 OBJECTION! 75 to 80% of protein in Bread is just gluten, which although is not a problem if you don't have celiac disease, ours bodies aren't good at metabolizing gluten, so it often just ends up in waste. Yes you can see that bread has more fats that rice by 5 grams, However the amount of fats is irrelevant since both foods aren't even decent sources of fats.

OBJECTION! Isnt rice popular in asia countries? And Isnt it combined in such delicious food including the main ingredients. The steak. Some asians eat it with chicken. Meat. Fries. ANYTHING.

Bread is just ready-to-eat right on the bat but you immediately get hungry later on because you get little fats in eating them either way. Just like rice, bread can be made more delicious with more toppings and sauces put into it but you can't just get enough of it because you get hungrier later on. Rice is great to make for a hearty meal but also its is quite dependent on what kind of food you put as side dish while eating it. Rice is good to eat for one sitting and one serving of rice is enough to feed you for a couple of hours until you get a craving of it later.
