The great escape had all the best actors in my best movie 🎥 and to the fifth 50 in the real life Escape who were killed the movie lives on to this day

Karl-Otto Albert, the go to actor for German officer (or Sargent) in the 60s and 70s drove a cab in New York between movies.

Oh, wow. It’s just a sad jolt to the system that all of these fine actors are dead - with one exception- who were in this really great movie. Another reminder that I’m really getting old, too.

"How they changed"? That depends if you've used the correct "now" photo for the actor in the "then" photo... Which is rare; you often don't bother to get it right.
