Yes a very insightful lesson Dr Grace. Speaking professionally is one area I need to improve on.I sometimes speak my thoughts with a lot of emotions..due to pressure.Selling my ideas or knowledge gets clouded. Communication is key and being articulate tends to make colleagues excel indeed not that they are skilled...that is a fact.
