it's because the next step is a canadian show and they did most of the casting from this studio. even they owner of the studio appeared on the next step

The guy who plays Lucien Ellite's coach is the owner of CDC and Isaac's dad. The Canadian Dance Company is a Lupien heritage :) and yeah 3/4 of the next step dancers dance/danced there.
