I like how this song is more on the slower side than other black metal songs which are mostly fast and aggressive. The slower playing could emulate a sort of emotion as dread or fear. I as a cultist of the cult of cthulhu like this alot!

It fits with the theme very well, Nyarlathotep also goes by the crawling chaos, a slow inevitable march of doom, lyrics also mention that he walks slowly.

I was listening to a press promo this morning while I was cycling to work, and suddenly I went through a small field of mist. It was quite awesome! This album is another stellar piece of work. A must buy!!
