The Great PSG-1 Screw Job.

Not so much a tech video, more a warning to the perils that may await on the second hand sales market.
I've personally purchased hundreds of used items & I've never been screwed over but I have always noticed when a person is potentially about to pull a fast one.
Remeber kiddies, paypal rarely side with the buyer when it comes to airsoft second hand sales.
Always ask for videos of the item firing.

I wish that I would have found your channel sooner than I did . It could have saved me so many hours of researching and cursing my SPR 609.6mm aka the "80 lbs bitch" (nick named by a teammate who used it in game ) Point is , it took me far longer to build that gun to keep it under 3.7 joules with a .36 gram than it should have.That and your humor is fkn fabulous !

I had done four or five of these conversions over the 20 years I've been in airsoft. Sure, you lose the compression from the PSG/SR/SVD cylinder, but fuck, it is so much less of a financial headache. I only have one left, and it has that King Arms PSG-1 grip for the G3 and PDI Fluted barrel. Don't think I'll ever sell it, even though it collects dust in my basement.

hey man, I know this is an old comment, but I was hoping maybe you could pass off a few tips? I'm trying to build a PSG-1 myself. I'm as lucky as man can get (having both acquired a G&G bod and PDI chamber block), but have no idea how it comes together. I got a v2 gearbox (G&P i5), TM PSG-1 outer barrel + charging tube assembly. Any good sources I can look up for assembling? I've got a unicorn to unleash!

How do I use a V2 lower receiver in mine? G3’s have a screen going through the body whereas the PSG has the screw going into the gearbox from the front inside the mag well..

Depends on the aeg, but usually if they both use the same kind of hop up unit then yeah you can, there's exceptions obviously like kwa m4s but regularly you can
