Hi, Glenn. I am Glen Allen. I like your Machine. I built one that uses an endless belt to do the clamping. The belt travels over rollers and around the wood to clamp it. The belt is spring loaded to allow for the increase in size of the rim as you wrap it. And the inside form adjusts so you can get your rim off.. If you would like I could send pictures if it. Since I no longer need it I would just give it to you., But it is quite heavy and shipping would be expencive. with the pictures I know that you could build your own. The only hard part is figureing out how to route the belt so you will have room to feed the wood and glue. It would save you a lot of time , No fooling with the clamps. Any way Thanks for the video, I enjiyed it. Let me know if you want the pictures. Glen.

Can you share it for more of us? I'm using a flatbed ratchet, and that thing is a bear to release.

Are all you rims 11" or can you make 12" or other sizes?
@cosmic9122 жыл бұрын
I can make any size but It would take a large order. whole new sets of jigs for any other size. Eric Sullivan is my boss and he would know more.
