Hey Lionheart, 1. Darius 43:31 really needs a quick retrofit as well and the Forsaken/ Marauders and Flesh Hounds has to go in order for this stack to hold its own. 1. Himself (1) 2. Chaos Warriors (Halberds) (6) to hold the line. 3. Exalted Bloodletters (4) as shock troops 4. Gorebeast Chariots of Khorne (1) 5. Chaos Knights (3) 6. Bloodthirster (2) 7. Soul Grinder (1) 8. Skullcannon (2) 2. When you got time try to give both Skarbrand and Arbaal a retrofit for the final push. Give Skarbrand a full Demon units stack, 1. Skarbrand, (1) 2. Bloodreaper, (1) 3. Khorngors, (4) 4. Exalted Bloodletters,(6) 5. Bloodcrushers or Chaos Knights (Lances), (3) 6. Soul Grinder, (2) 7. Minotaurs (Great Weapons),(2) 8. Skullcannon, (1) 2. Go for the 800 skull cost next as you wouldn't get much value from the reforging as you need the unit to die completely first

Contest of Champions #25 His army camped north of the Gaean Vale and in a prime defensive position to intercept High Elf armies, the absence of resistance thus far has brought an eerie quiet upon Angar's army but not time to relax. In addition to their desire for slaughter as followers of Khorne, an uneasiness has settled in and everyone is expecting something to happen when they least expect it. Having met the forces of Tzeentch in battle, Angar is the most suspicious out of everyone in the army. When his lieutenant inquires about how Angar came to serve Khorne, seeking a distraction from the unease and lack of bloodshed, Angar indulges him. Though it is mostly because he himself wants a distraction, "I was a boy that had not even seen five winters when my home in Norsca was attacked by the forces of Slaanesh, his mortal followers to be specific. We fought them off and came out of the fight well, but I wasn't done with them and sought to destroy every last one of those who escaped to fight another day. Thus, I turned to Khorne, and eventually found my chance many years later. There is nothing more to my reasoning behind my choices." "How did you end up fighting the followers of Tzeentch?" his lieutenant asks. "I don't know what events transpired to cause this, but the army which I was a part of was dispatched to fight against a Tzeench worshiping faction," Angar doesn't like to talk about this, but compared to the unease, this is still an acceptable distraction. "Right from the start, something seemed wrong to a number of us. The initial resistance we faced wasn't insignificant, but certainly not what we thought our enemy could bring to bear, and though we didn't know this at the time, we were right. After two clashes, our commanding officer was sure that we could press forth and strike at core territory held by our enemy. He believed that we had defeated enough of our enemy's soldiers that it was safe to move east through terrain that the rest of us thought was too risky. He ignored us, and ended up leading us straight into an ambush which included soul grinders of Tzeentch. The soul grinders took out our commanding officer, and we had to make a fighting dash to escape first that ambush and then to get to safety within our borders." Taking a deep breath, Angar conveys, "I was among the less than one hundred and ten that would manage to survive all that fighting." "And that is why you're here with us?" Angar nods as he remembers receiving the invitation, "There wasn't enough of us left for us to rebuild so we took our chances with other groups devoted to Khorne. I was the only one who ended up under Skulltaker's command, the rest went to Arbaal and Skarbrand." Where this peace and lack of battle is taking its toll on Angar and his army, Aldubric and his soldiers are enjoying it and waiting out a period of uncertainty in regards to which contracts they will take next. During this time, Agleele is inquiring about how her younger brother survived the downfall of their home. Though his body has long since healed, the memories never left the young man. "The painful heat coming off of the burning roof of our home eventually was so bad that I tried to pull myself free again, and managed to do it this time. Because of an opportunity where nobody was looking at me, I ran north for as long and as fast as I could to get as far away from home as possible. I didn't know it at the time, but the four chaos gods were then trying to pull me to their side. However their were enough that other villages and towns along my path chased me away and then alerted those who would attempt to hunt me down. I am lucky to have found the sanctuary I did before the pulling brought me to my knees." Helmet in hand and looking down at its face, Aldubric is reminded of an old curiosity, "I sometimes wonder what would have happened if help had come to save our town. Where would we be now, and who would we be? Alas, we'll never know. I was found by a cult of undivided chaos worshipers who took me in. Their presence was what stopped the pulling that would have killed me if it had gone on much longer without me making a choice." "And they taught you what you know now?" Agleele asks calmly and with a quiet voice. "Everything I know, I know because of them," her brother replies. "It wasn't the same, but I did get a new mother and father out of it along with new siblings. All of which didn't fill the hole, but covered it up that I mostly forgot about the pain until I was ready to face it again. That is why I am here, to finally fill the hole with Skulltaker's skull. Thanks to the greenskins, he's going to come to his own fiery grave!"

Your Lvl 13 recruit aren't inherited from Arbaal, they are just the level you recruit your lords at now. No re-set, the big hint is that you pay a recruitment cost, if it's just upkeep, they have been recruited previously by someone (You or your confederated Lords)

You should destroy the blood hosts that you don't need as they increase the cost to create new ones depending on the number you currently have

Kislev is basically gone on my campaign, they got smashed by Azrael. I'm currently finishing off Morathi after she decided to declare war on me for reasons I don't even think Tzeentch knows

At this point you just need to keep your armies fighting unless you build upkeep reduction buildings. Khorne armies are like a swarm of locust, they need descend upon any enemy like a plague and leave destruction in their wake. This end game crisis should be fun given that they will all spawn with Waagh armies attached to their forces so every army of theirs is basically two and while I am not sure about the Waagh armies, the regular armies that spawn in should be high ranking. Also, you might need to really get more cults established to siphon more income from enemy factions.
