Time 29:00 attacking with archers does not give rewards. Only when horde card is defeated do archers earn 2 honor each.

I noticed at least two errors: The first which is most serious is about Overseers. They give +1 income for each level each time that location is activated and not only during the Overseer income step. (Was corrected later in play) The second error: command cards are not discarded before the Command card discard step.

I really like seeing these gameplays and interested in backing. The thing I keep asking myself is how are people packing up this game so its easy to bring out to the table? Those wall don’t look like they will fit in the box without disassembly. Anyone who owns this game have any input on this question?

You could have activated the Bonus on the first tactic card, because cards are played, when they are chosen by the players for that round. Not when they are activated. Thats why you habe thar special location on the game board where Alex is sitting. After people habe chosen when they are going to start their turn in tea order.

Perhaps a bit late to comment this, but using archers to wound the horde doesn't reach the reward from wounding said spot, only by placing soldiers on the card do you get the reward. The first archer made around the 29 minute mark, alongside the spearman should have given 2 honor not 4. That said you gain honor for each archer on the wall at the end of the turn, in comparison to soldiers which you only gain 2 honor from per card you have soldiers on, but it doesn't matter if it's 1 or more soldiers. Also when building defenses, the resources from the donation pool are used first, but you still get the full amount of honor for building. Interesting game though, I love the theme, artwork and mechanics, also no dice rolls minimal RNG is a plus for me. Though I do have my concerns how balanced the powers are, as it seems some combinations can really snowball a player.

3000 backers for meeples. Not to mention it was significantly cheaper making it a lot more affordable for folks. Since the German meeple edition is already in retail from Asmodee, I suspect the English version will hit just after this campaign so it does not eat potential sales.

Haven't played it this way, but on bgg there is a thread that advises to play 2 Player games with the singleplayer AI. Since kmit behaves like a 3rd Player and makes it a lot better. But I personally have no experienes.
