Most Striding Edge videos cut out certain bits, this is for me, the best one I’ve seen. This will be very helpful for a lot of first timers, especially the bad step area, and you both did it using the ridge and path, spot on Matt 👍

Thank you Tony, Dom had only been over striding edge once over 10 years ago and since then she gets a bit of vertigo, I knew it had an easier path below the top as I've been on numerous times, I thought explaining this would help other people out who are a bit scared of the exposure, I've seen people panic in the past and if they had the information to hand they could of definitely avoided the bad parts 👍 thanks for watching mate 🤙🤙

I thought you killed 2 birds with one stone there pal. Showing your self on the ridge and your partner on lower path. No one has ever done that, and showing your partner go round the chimney is spot on. I thought you covered everything there. 👍

Thanks mate, this is definitely one of the hardest routes from the marshall book, even though I've pretty much done the route in the past, adding the extra 2/3 fells on wrote me off 😅 glad it's out the way 🤙

It was Monday a couple of weeks back bro, Dom had somehow talked herself out of Striding Edge, even though it was her first route up to Helvellyn with you and Alex years back, we have been waiting until a weekday opportunity come up with good weather knowing it would be dead 👌👌👌

@@MattDoesMountains should sleep in the car overnight, I think you can get something called a Rear Seat Delete for those Corsas, so you can sleep in it, save that early drive up.
