This is a perfect example of why battling Toxapex requires a little methodical planning and patience, even if it's the last Pokemon without Regenerator/Black Sludge to benefit for healing. They could have Softboiled Clefable on Turn 39, then spent a bunch of turns with Moonblast/Softboil to drop Toxapex's SpA as much as possible, sac Pelipper when Clefable's Toxic turns got to be high, then switch back to Clefable for Softboil/Moonblast for additional SpA drops until it fainted. This would increase the number of SpA drops inflicted, increase Recovers used by Toxapex, and decrease amount of Stealth Rock chip, giving everyone else on the team longevity. If the extended Clefable-Toxapex exchange ended with Toxapex at 88 or below, then Choice Band Psychic Fangs would get the 2HKO (one with Choice Band, one without). If the Clefable-Toxapex exchange ended with Toxapex above 88%, then Melmetal could have come in next with ThunderPunch (which seemed to do around 44% without the burn). If Tox attempts Scald and misses the burn, then ThunderPunch would get the 2HKO. If it gets the burn, then Tox has to spend the next turn to heal and Knock Off at some point, while Mel continues ThunderPunch to fish for paralysis until it wins or faints (the SpA drops on Scald give Mel more opportunities to status/Crit for victory). If Mel faints and Tox below 88, then 2HKO with Psychic Fangs, otherwise Mence is next. Hurricane as much as possible, hopefully with the additional turns of SpA drops and Paralysis helping out. Joey was right with his comment on Turn 53, and using Mence's Draco right before it faints (on Turn 54) would also give more than enough chip for the 2HKO with Psychic Fangs (although having an entire offensive moveset without a 100% accurate move is a... choice). If all of the above approaches have failed by the time Barraskewda is the last turn mon, then at least the combination of SpA drops/Paralysis/Hurricane confusion/chip damage on Toxapex gives the initially healthy, non-statused, Choice Band Barrawskeda a lot more opportunities for the win with Psychic Fangs.
