No. Regardless of whether the rule is still in tact or not, no. Because he dove head first. BUT. The rule has been taken out to my understanding.

@@GALuigi nope no penalty. The misunderstanding on Carl's part is that hurdling was illegal for the longest time until everyone watched Ezekiel Elliot do it 2 times a game at Ohio State... OHSAA then permitted hurdling shortly after. 2017 I think..... But hurdling is not the same as leaping head and ball first into the endzone.
