12:15 fruits, salad, nuts, sprouts are complete. Then milk ,curd, paneer,cereals are not required Eat only seasonal fruits , body has natural craving for seasonal fruits only.

बहुत अच्छी जानकारी दी है आपने। आयुर्वेद ये कभी नहीं कहता कि षडरसों का प्रयोग एक साथ किया जाये। यदि आपने कहीं ऐसा पड़ा है तो कृपया ग्रंथ का नाम और पृष्ठ संख्या बतायें। आयुर्वेद ये कभी नहीं कहता कि छ: के छः रसों का प्रयोग एक साथ किया जाये।

Sahi baat kahi, aaj bhi kisan or majdur log koi diet follow nahi karte, din mai 2 baar acchese khana khate hai, or chay pite hai, fit rehete hai.
