I'm a double your stake and leave the hand guy. Be honest who doesn't like double meat at the table? Personally I would have pulled down and back to the minimum two bets with that much on the table. but I agree that "each to their own" is what you have to do.

Well over a lifetime of playing craps the less you collect the less you walk away with. It’s not about greed it’s about taking the opportunity you took and putting it back in your pocket. Everyone should put a ceiling on their hits to follow. Let’s say you rolled 15 times until the big red but your ceiling was 12. You would have most of your money in that moment. Then even if the roll goes on for 36 shots you can recollect another two times. I understand there’s massive loss there in potential. However for the rolls that don’t make it past 12 you have made up for losses as well.

I had to ask, did you get fleeced by Trump University? Casino Quest is different, because they supply more casinos with dealers than anyone. Their graduates are working all over Vegas, as casinos are desperate to hire more right now. Even you should consider training & working as a dealer. Or, learn to gamble smarter, with a plan.
